Varsity knits have always been in, and they probably will be! They remind people of high school, which for some is a better time than college was. Okay seeing as it is November and almost time for Thanksgiving, it’s about that time when I start posting outfits for a colder time right? Well, I am, sadly since I am going to miss the summer and warm dearly….Truth be told, I’m a California baby, so winter is not my thing, but I have to post now about those frigid months!! What am I going to do if I move up north or abroad?! Probably hide inside my house between shoots.
I’ve been dying to post this shoot for ages now, it was probably my favorite to shoot in ages now, so now that I get to post it, I’m super excited!! It was in downtown Atlanta during THIS vlog, from my first shoot with Kaye, my now boss, right before I went to school, but I love this shoot. For the time, I about burned up and had heat stroke, but now, it’s the PERFECT outfit for the weather in Atlanta. There’s just enough leg out to make it a nice daily outfit and if you wanted to be true to fall, you could just pull on a pair of over-the-knee boots and be ready for the day.

Everything about this outfit makes me smile, from the simplicity of the monochrome to the perfection of the V-neck sweater. I’m wearing this sweater a lot lately. It gives the perfect amount of deep v to the varsity pattern knitted in. It’s actually quite nice to wear on a day-to-day basis. Plus, it’s incredibly soft and cute, with the ability to be paired with skirts, pants, or over dresses for a day out or a night out on the town. Okay now that I’ve shared my newest fall go-to outfit, tell me what yours is in the comments below!!

Hey Lovely 🙂
This look is amazing in so many ways! I love the way you paired this oversized sweater with a simple skirt and heels, and as always – pulled the look together with a great hat! 😉
