Sleep…sleep. SLEEP!!! Sleep is something that I get sparingly, or when I do, I don’t get a full 8 hours, I only get a mere 5 or 6. Partly, that is due to me since I am working on schoolwork or other things instead of sleeping. I enjoy sleeping, so on the weekends, I play catch-up. When I do sleep, I use Sleep Cycle to help me wake up!

Sleep Cycle is an alarm clock that wakes you up during a period of time and designed to have you wide awake by a designated time. I like using this app because I can sit my phone next to me and it analyses my sleep during the night as well as taking my heart rate when I get up. I’m awful about waking up in the morning so this app is great for getting me up. I can snooze as I please and the alarm ring is loud and annoying enough to really wake me up. Apps like this are ones that I can use for ages and that will actually help, instead of just sitting on my phone useless.
