So if you’ve been awesome enough to come back from reading my first post about Imagine Music Festival 2015, it’s well time that you come back for my second post! I had such a great time that I really wanted to split up my posts between day 1 and day 2. I had a lot more fun at day 2 (not saying that day 1 wasn’t awesome), but the music was more my taste and things I could dance to more! Anyways, take a look below for pictures and things.
Every year that I attend Imagine, all I can think about is how electrifying it is to be there. There are so many people, 99.99% of whom are beyond friendly and are there to have a great time. Just like you are. Day 2 just set that into stone because it was just that. The music was great. The people were so open and friendly, a lot asked me to take their photo. I just had a great time. After a fun parking adventure, we got there around 11-12pm and set off towards the great festival beyond.
We got our faces painted by Nix from Faceoff who did an AMAZING job may I add and we got to meet so many people from so many different places who were there for the music. Day 2 had a more hip-hop/dance vibe in my opinion and artists like Chromeo, 12th Planet, and KTheory performing their music for the crowd. The artist-crowd interaction was insane and something that I don’t see on a concert to concert basis. I rarely ever see people interacting like they do. But at this festival, the artists took time and had interactions with the people who paid to come see them.
We stayed til basically the end of day 2. It was an experience that I’d love to repeat year to year. The nighttime photos that I took were crazy awesome. If you watch my video below, you’ll see how cool the visual was from my angle. There were light-up sticks and balls that were tossed into the crowd, smoke, and even confetti ejected into the sky!! Chromeo took the main stage after the sun went down. I was such a fan of their music!!
If you haven’t been to Imagine or any music festival, PLEASE check out Imagine. I’m being totally honest here and I think everyone should experience this. If I’ve done a great job over the last 2 posts to get you excited about this experience, you can head to their site here and buy your $69 weekend passes for next year! Hopefully, I’ll see you there!!
If you went and want to remember day 1, you can check out my post here from day 1 ! I’ll share my outfit soon and you can watch my vlog from the festival below!! Here’s to a great 2015 year of IMF and here’s to next year and even more fun!!!
