The topic of this blog post is nothing new. In fact, something that I’ve been saying for weeks. I’m not perfect. I would love to be the perfect blogger girl who does yoga every day, but nope. Don’t get me wrong, I love yoga, but I don’t have time to practice every day. That’s not me at all. The best that I can do is be the best me, with a little help of course. I’m working with Ideal Image to show you all how I can be the best me possible, just because I love you all so much.

Now as you can see from these photos, I’m not perfect. This is a topic that I touched on during my post about perfection a few weeks ago. I have folds and rolls and love handles, dark circles and bags under my eyes, and so much more. But you know what? I’m proud of all of that because my body is my body. This is a weird intermediate period for me because I’m in the midst of a tough workout series and going back to college, but also in my mind. Right now, I don’t have a minute to myself.
Every so often, I just need a break. We all need a break from time to time, and right now, I’m taking a mental break from all of the stress and perfection that pressures me 24/7. Ideal Image is not a yoga studio, but it is a place where I can go to be the best me. I constantly stress about having to shave, lest a speck of hair is not shaved from my legs and someone sees. I’m heading to Ideal Image to try and fix that problem so I can look my best at all times. I’ve already begun my treatments and I can say that the 20 minutes I spend in their centers doing my treatment are perfect. My stress levels decreased just for a minute or two and I honestly feel peace.
This post was not sponsored by Ideal Image, but they provided me with a voucher for laser hair removal. All opinions presented are mine and mine alone.

Great post! It’s so important to talk about body image, because our society have this sick idea that everyone has to look in a certain way. We should all embrace our unique bodies and spread positive energy instead! x
